So So So-Cal

Yeah, yeah. This whole thesis business is keeping me pretty busy this month, like I expected it would. Actually, I've been "close to done" for weeks now. It's that final push that's the hardest, I just need to sit down and actually write it.

I am more motivatied past concerns about my own writing competence when I read newspaper articles with grammar like the following:

Whittington was reported doing well at a Texas hospital Wednesday after doctors a pellet entered his heart and had what doctors called caused “a mild heart attack.”

That was from an article today in the San Diego Union-Tribune.

Makes me wonder what those So-Cal kids are doing with their time off... hmm...
